All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that custom 3D-printed models or plaster sets may require an additional 2 to 4 business days for production and secure packaging before dispatch. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
We currently ship nationwide across South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping (Gauteng Region): Typically takes 1–2 business days.
Please note that deliveries to outlying or rural areas may experience slight delays beyond these estimates.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local collection in the Sandton/Randburg area. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email with collection instructions and available times when your items are ready.
We take great pride in our products and carefully package all items—especially fragile figures and plaster sets—to ensure they reach you safely. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@otakulab.co.za.
Please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and the exterior packaging. We address these situations immediately on a case-by-case basis and will work quickly to arrange a replacement or find a satisfactory solution for you.
