    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on most eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.       Please note that due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned:<\/p>

      • Custom 3D-Printed Items: Any figures, mechanical models, or desktop organizers that are custom-printed to order or personalized are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.<\/li>
      • Consumables & Kits: Plaster sets or paint kits cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.<\/li>
      • Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales are final and non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          To start a return, please contact us at admin@otakulab.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was received defective or damaged).             We take great pride in our products and carefully package all items\u2014especially fragile figures and plaster sets\u2014to ensure they reach you safely. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at\u00a0admin@otakulab.co.za<\/b>.<\/p>

            Please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and the exterior packaging.
